Budgets for 2001 thru 2008 prepared by World of Homes; 2009 through 2011

by Paine Anderson. In every budget, the cost of inflation must be considered.

Just as every working person needs a raise to keep up with the cost of inflation,

we too must do the same thing. In the years that the dues were not raised, the

board was able to make up for the cash shortage because they had more

homes added and that brought in more money. In years where there were no

units added, the fees had to be raised or we would not be able to keep up with

expenses. In 2006 fees were raised because of the hurricanes. In 2007 and

2008 fees had to be raised to pay for the lawsuit filed against the city. The fee

increase in 2009 was a minimal raise of less than 2% to take care of inflation.

In 2010 the board did not raise fees at all. If you ever have any questions about

income and costs you can contact Paine Anderson or better yet, attend a

monthlymeeting.

We are always happy to hear from everybody.
